So I've done the trial, where do I go from here?

When you received your Maximum Velocity samples, you should have been provided with a Sample Code Number. This code number allows us to keep track of how many trials we have initiated. Even more importantly, it gives you a chance to participate in our monthly drawing for a $25 Amazon.com Gift Certificate (see official rules). In order to submit your entry, all you need to do is complete our customer survey found at the bottom of this page, being sure to include a valid sample code number, email address, and phone number.

Hopefully, you were able to feel the benefits of Maximum Velocity and would like to continue to enjoy an energy filled life that counters the effects stress, boosts your immune system, and just makes you feel better! Maybe you even lost a little weight in the process with a reduced appetite. If any of this is the case the next step is quite simple...
