Once receiving the Sample Code Number you enter the drawing by completing the customer survey found here: (http://www.highenergylowstress.com/sample.html#Survey). When completing the survey a valid email address and phone number are required.

Sample Code Numbers will expire 30 days from the day they were issued.
The drawing occurs on the first day of each month. Entries must be received no later than Midnight (PST) on the last day of the prior month in order to qualify for the current month drawing. If not received by that time, the entry will be carried forward to the following month.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winners will be notified by email no later than the 15th of each month.
